AICS is committed to promoting and growing the presence of women in the Cyber Security Industry. Our values are such that we recognise the unique value that diversity brings to the profession but significantly the impact of our industry on society requires that we have the proper presence, representation and contribution afford to women in our organisation.
AICS has special groups and programs for Women such as:
- Womens’ Cyber Security Industry Committee
- Womens’ Cyber Professional Support Group
- Young Womens’ Cyber Support Group
- Women in Cyber Mentoring Program
These groups are connected to the central executive and have an ear of all the main decision makers in the Institute. This means that ideas and intiatives concerning women are always at the forefront of our consideration as an organisation.
