The AICS Mission is to improve the Cyber Security capability of society by educating, developing and improving the capability of Cyber Security Professionals in Australia.
The Mission includes:
- Educating its members and the general public on the latest and best practice in Cyber Security;
- Accrediting members and ensuring a framework for standards for Cyber Security professionals;
- Providing an ongoing professional development system to ensure the highest standards are maintained by Cyber Security professionals;
- Providing advocacy on behalf of our members and the broader public by making policy submissions and consultations to Government;
- Providing an active support network for Cyber Security Professionals.
